“Between stimulus and response there is space. In that space there is our power to choose our response.” Viktor E Frankl

When crisis or uncertainty is here how do you cope? Do you run away, freeze, run towards, or stand still and learn how to surf the waves?

As a leadership development consultant and coach, one of my specializations has been supporting leaders and business in crisis, transition, or massive change.

What I have discovered is that our ability to surf or sink amidst the waves of change all depends on having a strong inner game.  Your inner game rules your outer game.

The inner game is the core of who you are.   These are the qualities on the inside that determine how you show up on the outside at work, with your family, friends, and colleagues.

The inner game is your internal operating system and it has a structure integrating qualities that strengthen the mind, body, heart, and support ease and flow of our emotions. The inner game is our internal qualities, beliefs, and values that steadies us and keeps us open, curious and resilient, to withstand the storms and challenges of our world.

All meaningful change begins with self leadership and self management.  We must tend to the flourishing of our inner garden so that we can foster more connection, lead with heart, humility, empathy, and resilience in these uncertain times.

Would you like to learn the 4 keys to create more clarity, confidence, and connection during uncertain times?

There is a dawn of a new leadership era emerging. We are wanting a deeper sense of place, belonging, and purpose that is beyond the superficial, materialism, and individualism. Leaders and workers of every generation are being beckoned into a new way, a new mindset, a new operating model in which we can bring our wholeness to work and the world. We want to reconnect with our true inner nature and create soulful organizations that enhance one another and life.

We can’t be leading from the “scarcity and overwhelmed” mindset anymore. We need to be stronger, braver, and more willing to lean into our edges.

In this 1 hour workshop with Carley Hauck, leadership development consultant, executive coach, and instructor at Stanford University and UC Berkeley Haas Business School you’ll discover how to lead courageously in times of uncertainty

This is a pivotal moment in time where we have the opportunity to turn towards ourselves reconnect with our inner strength and build a bridge with eachother that enhances business, our relationships, and life.

This is the doorway through.
