My journey in the transition of menopause has been anything but easy.
After three years of difficult, undiagnosed symptoms, I took my health into my own hands—letting go of doctors and other health care providers who weren’t helping, diving into research, and assembling the right integrative team. I realized that the most important advocate for my health was me. By returning to “learning mode,” I was able to push for the right tests, protocols, and supplements. I created tracking sheets for my labs, symptoms to assess what was working and I share these resources with my clients. No one on your healthcare team will ever know your body, labs, or symptoms as deeply as you do.
This journey not only transformed my own wellbeing, it ignited my mission: to help other women become fierce advocates for their healing. I am committed to empowering women in midlife to navigate menopause with confidence and to emerge stronger, healthier, and more radiant—ready to lead themselves, their communities, and contribute to a flourishing society and planet.

She has an MA degree in Clinical and Medical Health Psychology and more than 15 years of experience guiding leaders and organizations. She has consulted on 3 clinical trial with UCSF’s Osher Center for Integrative Medicine, and served as senior faculty at Stanford University and Stanford’s Center for Integrative Medicine for almost a decade. Carley holds specialized training from the Integrative Women’s Health Institute (IWHI) in women’s integrative health and menopause protocols—focused on evidence-based approaches to hormones, Carley brings evidence-based expertise at the intersection of women’s health, psychology, and leadership development.
Carley’s approach is deeply holistic—drawing from somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, a 25-year meditation practice, and nature-based practices. She is also a thought leader on menopause and longevity with various articles at Mindful, Superage, Greater Good Science Center and a published author with Sounds True. Carley is an aspiring regenerative gardener and contributor to community rooted in Santa Barbara, California. Her passion for supporting women in midlife comes not only from decades of research and clinical training but also from her own lived experience of navigating menopause, making her work both deeply professional and profoundly personal.
