About Carley

Carley Hauck, M.A., is a visionary leader at the intersection of integrative medicine, conscious leadership, and longevity research. With over 15 years of experience, she has designed and led evidence-based transformative wellness programs, retreats, and cultures of thriving across sectors — from academia and healthcare to Fortune 500 companies and luxury hospitality.

Carley feels most alive when collaborating with mission-driven organizations to create wellbeing, culture and leadership programs that help people and systems flourish. Her work integrates the science of psychology, neuroscience, behavior change, and integrative medicine to cultivate vitality, resilience, and belonging at every level of an organization.

A former Stanford faculty and UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Medicine researcher, Carley has taught courses in integrative medicine, food as medicine, and conscious leadership, contributing to published studies on stress reduction and wellbeing. She is also the author of Shine: Ignite Your Inner Game to Lead Consciously at Work and in the World, named one of Mindful Magazine’s Top 10 Business Books of 2022.
