About Carley
Carley Hauck, M.A., is a health psychologist, educator, and longevity specialist dedicated to helping individuals and organizations translate science into sustainable behavior change that improves health, well-being, and performance.
Over the past two decades, Carley has worked at the intersection of psychology, healthcare, leadership development, and lifestyle medicine. Her expertise lies in designing evidence-based interventions that improve adherence, quality of life, resilience, and long-term outcomes across diverse populations.
For eight years, Carley served as senior faculty and program designer with Stanford University’s Center for Integrative Medicine, where she partnered with physicians, practitioners, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to design and facilitate programs focused on lifestyle medicine, stress resilience, behavior change, nutrition, mindfulness, and whole-person health. Her work supported patients, healthcare professionals, and community members in creating sustainable habits that improved well-being and clinical outcomes.
She also contributed to NIH-funded research through the UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Medicine, supporting studies focused on stress reduction, healthy aging, and behavior change. Her foundation in health psychology began with her Master’s thesis, where she designed and facilitated a 12-week psycho-behavioral intervention to improve quality of life in cancer patients. Throughout her career, she has continued applying these evidence-based behavior change principles across a variety of populations and healthcare settings.
In addition to her healthcare work, Carley spent more than a decade advising and developing leaders within organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to mission-driven startups. She has designed leadership, culture, well-being, and organizational development initiatives for organizations including LinkedIn, Pixar, Clif Bar, Capital One, Sutter Health, AdventHealth, Hopelab, Genentech, Asana, and Stanford University.
Today, Carley’s work focuses on helping individuals optimize healthspan and quality of life through personalized approaches to lifestyle medicine, longevity, gut microbiome health, stress resilience, cognitive well-being, and healthy aging. She is particularly passionate about helping people bridge the gap between knowing what to do and successfully implementing the habits that create lasting change.
