About Carley

Carley Hauck, M.A., is a visionary leader and educator at the intersection of integrative women’s health, conscious leadership, AI-enabled healthspan innovation, and longevity science. Based in Santa Barbara, Carley brings over 15 years of experience designing and leading organizational development, leadership enablement, and well being initiatives that drive adoption and long-term value across academia, healthcare, Fortune 500 companies, and luxury hospitality.

She designs and leads longevity, wellbeing, and leadership experiences that translate strategy into real-world, measurable outcomes. Her work sits at the intersection of longevity science, behavior change, women’s health, luxury hospitality, and AI-enabled health platforms, with a focus on building programs that are both human-centered and commercially viable.

Carley’s current clinical and educational focus centers on midlife women, with particular attention to the physical, emotional, and metabolic transitions of perimenopause and menopause. Through an integrative medicine lens, she supports women in navigating hormonal change, energy, cognition, immune resilience, and healthy aging—bridging cutting-edge longevity research with whole-person care.

A former Stanford faculty member and researcher at the UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Medicine, Carley has taught courses in integrative medicine, food as medicine, and conscious leadership, and has contributed to published research on stress reduction and wellbeing. She is also the author of Shine: Ignite Your Inner Game to Lead Consciously at Work and in the World, named one of Mindful Magazine’s Top 10 Business Books of 2022.
