Description:
In partnership with CME leadership, department chairs, and physician wellness advocates, Stanford University School of Medicine’s Center for Continuing Medical Education (CME), I co-created and facilitated a 2-day Accountability Training for Physicians — an immersive, evidence-based program for 50 clinicians focused on advancing leadership, communication, and accountability skills in medical practice.
The curriculum blended didactic learning with experiential role playing including reflective practice, peer coaching, small-group dialogue, and structured peer feedback. Participants reported greater clarity, resilience, and connection — reinforcing accountability as both a professional and personal practice within medicine.
My role has included:
- Design and facilitation of 2-day CME-accredited leadership and wellbeing program for physicians
- Partnership with Stanford CME and department leaders to align training with institutional culture goals
- Development of communication and conscious leadership frameworks for ethical and compassionate care
- Integration of emotional intelligence tools to enhance trust, psychological safety, and strengthen team collaboration
