Description:

In 2013, I partnered with LinkedIn’s C-suite and HR leadership to design and implement a comprehensive corporate wellbeing strategy that transformed the company’s approach to health, engagement, and culture. The initiative wove nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and team connection into the everyday flow of work — setting a benchmark for sustainable workplace wellness in Silicon Valley.

The program launched a holistic model of “whole-person performance,” emphasizing inclusivity and accessibility through multiple wellbeing touchpoints:

  • Cafeteria redesign with color-coded menus supporting diverse diets — plant-based, keto/paleo, vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan — empowering employees to make informed and nourishing choices.
  • Monthly InDay experiences that served as team-building and reflection days, cultivating purpose, creativity, and connection across departments.
  • Daily movement offerings, including three bootcamps, twice-daily mindful walking sessions, and yoga classes, integrating wellness seamlessly into the workday.
  • Wellness workshops on mindfulness, nutrition, and emotional resilience — equipping employees and leaders with tools to manage stress and sustain high performance.
The initiative fostered a culture of belonging, vitality, and engagement, increasing employee satisfaction and modeling what a conscious organization could look like in action.

My role has included:

  • Partnership with C-suite and HR executives to align wellbeing with organizational strategy
  • Program design and implementation of company-wide wellness systems
  • Development of “InDay” programming integrating leadership and wellbeing principles
  • Cross-departmental collaboration with culinary, fitness, and operations teams
