World Changing Women’s Summit (Conscious Company Media)

I was invited to support the faculty and program design of a weekend event for women leaders for Conscious Company Media. This immersive weekend explored psychological safety, trust, inclusive leadership, and wellbeing, blending structured learning with experiential practices in nature.

The weekend combined movement, authentic sharing circles, strategic visioning, and fireside dialogues with executive women leaders, cultivating a holistic environment that merged professional development with personal restoration. Participants left with actionable frameworks and embodied practices to build conscious leadership cultures, enhance team wellbeing, and foster sustainable performance for mission driven companies aiming to be a force for good in the world. Speakers included former CEO of Patagonia, Rose Mercurio, former Rebel CEO Sheryl O laughlin, and many more.

My role has included:

• Program design integrating leadership development, mindfulness, and wellness modalities
• Facilitation of sessions on psychological safety, inclusive leadership, and organizational trust
• Collaboration with Conscious Company Media on executive panels and storytelling design
• Curation of participant journey emphasizing reflection, resilience, and embodied leadership practices
