Coaching
Carley Hauck helps women leaders thrive—at work and in their health—especially during the pivotal midlife transition. With a master’s degree in Clinical and Medical Health Psychology and over 15 years as an executive coach, Carley combines deep medical and psychological expertise with practical leadership development strategies.
Her background includes more than 3,000 supervised clinical hours as a marriage and family therapist, research consulting with UCSF’s Osher Center for Integrative Medicine on a 6 year clinical trial, and serving as senior faculty at Stanford University and Stanford’s Center for Integrative Medicine. She is also a proud member of The Menopause Society, staying at the forefront of evidence-based approaches to women’s health.
Carley’s integrative work draws on a wide range of modalities—including somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (parts work), a 25 year meditation practice, & nature-based practices. This unique blend allows her to address the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
Beyond her work with leaders, Carley is a thought leader on menopause at SuperAge, a climate advocate, and an aspiring naturalist living in beautiful Santa Barbara, California. Her passion for supporting women in midlife is rooted not only in her academic and clinical training but also in her lived experience navigating these transitions herself.

The Future is Rested Women
It’s the initiation into wisdom, power, and sovereignty. A time when energy is no longer spent on pleasing others but on reclaiming yourself.
Rest is a radical act. Rest is resistance. Rest is the foundation of our rise.
What happens when we rest? When we pause? When we listen to our own mothering voice?
🔥 We find our strength. 🔥 We reclaim our boundaries. 🔥 We speak up in protection of what we love.
A rested woman is dangerous to the systems that seek to keep her small.
