Honoring the Divine Mother

Happy Mothers Day!

This is a beautiful day to honor the divine feminine in all of us, men and women.

When we are tapped into our divine feminine nature, we are gentle, reflective, nurturing, and strong.

These qualities are so needed in our world today.

What is a mother?

A mother can be any woman who chooses to offer love, care, and support to those in her life.
I deeply respect and honor the sacrifice and offering in the conception of pregnancy to child.
I also acknowledge and honor all the mothers shining their light and taking care of the children and adults in their life who may not be flesh and blood.

Any woman who wants to nurture, inspire, support, and care for other beings in their journey of life is embodying “the divine mother”. This gift is immeasurable in its impact.

How to ignite your inner super hero

I hope you had a good weekend. Today in the United States, we are celebrating Halloween. This holiday invites the young and old to dress up as superhero, pumpkins, or any magical ensemble and frolic into the evening asking for candy with the phrase “trick or treat”. It is one of my favorite holidays because of its invitation to be original, take off the mask, and often times lean into the alter ego we wish we could show up as on a daily basis.

In the spirit of Halloween, if you could be a superhero, who would you be? What would your superhero power be?

My superhero is She-Ra. She exemplifies power, femininity, sexuality, and heart.
