[15:02] Inclusion and belonging is a universal need, but how can we allow ourselves to feel vulnerable enough to promote belonging when there is so much polarization in the workplace and in the world? It starts with ending the desire to be the ‘biggest victim’.
[20:58] Everyone has different reasons for why experiences are difficult for them, but creating inner belonging is the first step to cultivating outer belonging.
[24:10] Privilege means your starting line is closer to a goal than someone else’s. What positive and productive changes are you willing to make with your privilege?
