Raman Frey, is first and foremost an amazing human and my dear friend. Raman is the founder of Good People Dinners, a Bay Area community focused on meaningful conversations that bring together professional chefs and thoughtful speakers on a variety of topics. Raman is an incredible speaker, moderator, interviewer, and author. His writing has appeared in many publications, including Harvard Business Review. Raman has written a book on how we might design and deploy new incentive systems to create a more just and thriving world. This is the topic of this Shine podcast interview.
