In this solo 30 minute episode, I explore the concept of seeing whiteness and the importance of having the sometimes difficult conversations about race. I explain my own diversity story, why racism is a form of trauma, and why getting comfortable with discomfort is a necessary step in the process of bridging differences and building collective resilience.
